Positions available at both Angourie Resort and Blue Dolphin Resort

- Ensure our guests have a great experience and make lasting holiday memories

What you’ll do:

You will provide exceptional service with a warm welcome and engaging conversation. You’ll treat our guests as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a can-do attitude. On a daily basis, you may:

- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.

- Operate point of sale system.

- Set up, clear, and reset restaurant or cafe areas.

- Perform barista or mixology duties, depending on the outlet.

There are multiple roles available offering casual shifts to suit your life balance.

What you’ll bring:

- Cafe, restaurant, bar experience with a passion for great service.

- Bar, cocktail, or coffee making experience (a bonus).

- A great attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.

- Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.

- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
