This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management and evolution of HUB24 Invest, IDPS-like, and SMSF Access solutions. You’ll drive regulatory compliance, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with talented colleagues and external partners to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. Please note: This is a 4-month fixed term contract role commencing in late-January 2026.**Responsibilities:*** **Disclosure Documents:** Support the development, update, and production of disclosure documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and new product features.* **Product Implementation & Improvement:** Assist in implementing key initiatives, identify and manage enhancements to product offerings and operational processes, and facilitate business readiness for launches.* **Distribution Support:** Deliver new products and offer documents, provide ongoing sales support, resolve product-related queries, and contribute to RFI/RFP submissions.* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate across departments (Distribution, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Operations, etc.) and maintain strong relationships with external partners.* **Business Objectives:** Consistently deliver on key objectives, advocate for product simplification, and drive operational efficiencies.**Requirements:*** Minimum 4+ years in financial services, with product management experience focused on platforms (IDPS or superannuation).
