Carmichael College is a Prep to Year 12 co-educational, non-denominational Christian College situated in Morayfield, Queensland. The College was established in 2015 and is enjoying steady growth.

The College is seeking applications from Christian teachers with open or provisional registration, to join as a Middle School Teacher to cover two Parental Leave positions. Both positions may have opportunity to extend to permanency.

Two positions available:

· 1 for a Semester 2 contract

· 1 for Term 3 contract

Some expertise in any of the following is beneficial: English, Maths, Science, Humanities will be viewed favourably, however applicants with any subject expertise is welcome to apply.

Applicants should be available to commence July 14 or sooner, and:

· Have the ability to teach from a Christian perspective;

· Be passionate about teaching and learning;

· Be willing to take on new forms of pedagogy;

· Be able to work in a full-time capacity;

· Be team players;

· Be committed to pastoral care;

· Be appropriately registered with relevant statutory bodies (i.e. QCT).

Applicants must be practising Christians, who are active in their own churches and subscribe to the College's Statement of Faith and Staff Code of Conduct, which can be found on our website (https://www.carmichael.qld.edu.au/employment-2/) or obtained from the College.
