About the role:

As a Casual/Seasonal Casual Stylist at Viktoria & Woods, you will play a key role in our Chadstone Boutique and Concession. This position offers an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your passion for styling and customer service in a luxury fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Create stylish and cohesive outfits for clients, leveraging knowledge of brand collections and individual preferences;
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clients;
- Participate in inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise on the shop floor;
- Embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and development to enhance personal styling skills and expertise.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in a similar role (Luxury Retail preferred however not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 3-4 days availability per week, including weekends and evenings as required
