Responsibilities

- Use enhanced personalised selling skills to maximise sales uptake of products and services instore.
- Provide a high level of customer service with the aim of building and maintaining long term relationships with your clients.
- Inspire customers to take advantage of the David Jones Rewards Program.
- Promote the in-store services via social media.
- Have experience in a similar Senior Stylist or Personal Shopper role.
- Are experienced in managing and developing an active client base that you can bring with you.
- Have exceptional service, selling and communication skills.
- Have a strong sense of personal style combined with a proven background in sales and customer service.
- Are forward-thinking with the ability to interpret trends to suit your customer.
- Are well-informed about International and Australian fashion and design trends.
