We're committed to enhancing alumni engagement by expanding networks and using innovative communication, events, and programs.Join us in creating a lasting impact as we chart a new course in Alumni and Philanthropy**Your New Role**Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen for the Philanthropy Manager – Engagement. This role works closely with the Senior Philanthropy Manager and Director to cultivate and manage major donor relationships ($50,000 to $1 million). It leads the development and delivery of a highly customised stewardship program to deepen donor engagement and oversees philanthropic campaigns aligned with the university’s strategic priorities. The manager will also build and manage a portfolio of donors and prospects to grow philanthropic support.Your key responsibilities will include –* Develop to deliver tailored donor stewardship plans and engagement activities* Manage major gift prospects to meet fundraising targets and support university priorities* Represent the Alumni and Philanthropy Office, maintain accurate donor records, and drive new engagement opportunitiesPlease refer to the for further details.**What We Offer You**This Continuous, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $112,142.00 – $128,341.00 (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.You’ll join a dynamic and talented team where diversity and innovation thrive.
