Overview

Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services. Our client is seeking Mechanical Fitters/Supervisors for their workshop in Kewdale. This role is hybrid, with both an onsite and workshop roster. You/'ll play a critical role in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic attachments. Whether you/'re in the workshop or on-site, you/'ll be the go-to expert for technical support, rebuilds, and maintenance.

Hours

Workshop - 6am - 2pm + OT when required.
Onsite - 12 Hour Days

Key Responsibilities

- Service, diagnose, and repair hydraulic attachments
- Perform bench testing and commissioning
- Complete component stripping, rebuilds, and refurbishments
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with the workshop team and share technical knowledge
- Deliver exceptional service and advice to customers both in the workshop and on-site
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Produce accurate and timely service reports and documentation
- Perform general workshop and maintenance duties as required

About You

- A relevant trade qualification or strong technical experience in mechanical/hydraulic servicing
- A solid track record of working safely and efficiently
- A valid Australian manual C class driver/'s licence
- A current forklift licence
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
