Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of robust PMO strategies, frameworks, and reporting to ensure effective governance and delivery across the program.

- Play an integral role supporting multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks, delivery against milestones (including budgets), and proactive risk and issue management.

- Coordinate steering committees, executive working groups, and Board-level updates, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.

- Develop and maintain high‑quality project artefacts, including reporting and monitoring to enable timely decision making.

- Collaborate with Project Managers and business leads to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery and alignment across the program.

- Support change management activities and embed governance practices that enable agility and accountability.

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading a PMO for large‑scale programs, with strong governance, reporting, and delivery oversight.

- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity.

- Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing executive‑level reporting and program artefacts.

- Ability to build trusted relationships across senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.

- Experience in change and risk management frameworks, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Self‑starter with experience in both traditional and agile delivery environments.

- Experience in financial services and financial crime related projects, including knowledge of recent changes to the AML CTF Act and Rules and the Scams Prevention Framework, will be highly regarded.
