Urgent Search Event Staff

Overview
Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. One of our customer isseeking enthusiastic, well-presented hospitality professionals to represent a premium prosecco brand during a week-long tasting activation at Chadstone Shopping Centre, Malvern. Staff will engage with the public, offer samples, and share product knowledge in a friendly and professional manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and maintain a clean, inviting tasting station
- Engage shoppers and offer samples of prosecco products
- Communicate key product features and brand story
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with RSA guidelines
- Track sampling volumes and customer feedback (if required)
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Valid Victorian RSA certificate (must be current)
- Previous hospitality, retail, or promotional experience
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy public environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Formal wine education (e.g., WSET, sommelier training)
- Experience in wine tastings, cellar door, or similar activations
- Multilingual skills (especially Italian or Mandarin) are a bonus
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Uniform: [e.g., black pants, branded shirt provided]
- Staff must be 18+ due to alcohol service
- Paid Training sessions to be held prior to event start
