Overview

ARCQ Talent has partnered with a new Microsoft Managed Services Business who sit in the Mid Sized space with organic growth since 2015.

As part of the business/'s continued growth they are now looking for a Level 1-2 IT Customer Support Engineer to join their Managed Services Practice. CBD-based with 3 days in the office per week and ongoing career development.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Level 1-2 IT Customer Support Engineer who can demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud support. Exposure to working in a managed services provider environment is preferred but not essential.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Responding to client ticket service requests alongside:

- Handling service ticket incidents of clients.

- Cloud support across Microsoft O365, Azure cloud services, WAN/LAN, Printer and AV.

- Escalating and relating to Level 3 support.

- Bringing an open ended growth mindset in with you daily

Experience Needed

- Experience working in the M365 admin portal previously performing technical and administration tasks

- Good technical skills in IT support.

- Excellent customer-centric support – This is important as it includes scheduled onsite support & Incoming calls

- Microsoft O365, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite

- Azure Cloud Support

- Intune Support

- Foundational Networking Skills

- PowerShell or other scripting is nice to have.

- Someone who enjoys coming up with new ideas and ways of becoming incrementally better
