Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Agri-blending and packing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing blending and down-packing processes, with a strong focus on automation and filling line operations.
General Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the blending and packing facility, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with environmental and safety standards
- Plan and utilize resources effectively to deliver on time in a dynamic market
- Control costs efficiently
- Implement and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity on the packing line
- Develop and refine factory layouts to maximize operational flow and reduce waste
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to minimize downtime
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering
- Proven experience in operations management with a strong safety culture within the liquid manufacturing industry, specifically in blending and packing
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and experience with modern filling line operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on operational efficiency
- Effective planning and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in working with production equipment suppliers
