Overview
Our Student Marketeers are the face of the RedBull brand and are our product ambassadors both on and off campus. The role focuses on approaching consumers to drive product trial and awareness, supporting sales teams through drives and merchandising, and representing RedBull at events. They act as eyes and ears on the ground, sharing consumer insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers.
- Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through sampling and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible on and around campus; collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage relevant assets from RedBull to stay top of mind with everyday consumers.
- Deliver executional excellence with attention to detail; share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online; activity planning is key and you will report in a timely manner with local insights and trends.
- Travel 0-10%
Qualifications / Requirements
- Highly approachable, love meeting new people and building relationships.
- Living their best student life. Work hard, play hard is your style.
- Able to manage part-time work and studies with evenings and weekends flexibility.
- Passionate about the RedBull brand and product.
- A desire to learn and apply marketing, negotiation and sales skills.
- Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
- A valid and full driver's license is required.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
