This business is a national manufacturer, supplier and service repairer of a range of industrial scales and weighing systems.

They specialise in weighbridges and heavy vehicle scales, servicing the mining, construction, government, transport, waste management and heavy industries for decades.

The business has and is experiencing rapid growth across all states as a result of increased demand, product advancement and an expansion in their product offering.

Position

The position of WA State Sales Manager has now become available.

The role will see you taking over the full team management of the Perth office, driving sales, operations and overall branch profitability. You will inherit an already successful team and as such you will implement strategies to improve what is an already performing branch.

You will take a hands‑on approach to managing key clients and expanding the client base in WA and you will be pivotal in setting strategy and sales planning for your team to achieve success.

On offer is a generous salary package which includes a significant commission/bonus structure directly attached to the branch performance.

Candidate

Ideally all candidates will have prior sales experience from within the industrial scales industry.

Specific sales experience selling equipment and servicing of weighbridges, vehicle scales, truck scales, or onboard payload management systems would be extremely advantageous.

Sales and operational management experience would also be favourable; however, the role is certainly open to candidates from a pure sales background, ready and wanting to step up their career into state management.
