Personal Care Worker - Wellbeing | Kangaroo Flat - Part Time Afternoons & Weekends

About the role

We have Permanent Part Time opportunities for a Personal Care Worker - Wellbeing/Lifestyle at our Kangaroo Flat home.

You must be available to work across any of the following shifts:

1. 2pm to 7pm Monday to Sunday
2. 9am to 5pm Saturday and/or Sunday

In this varied and busy role, you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, every day. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care, you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

You'll be a team player who:

- Has a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, and a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Brings your energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians into this fun, dynamic and varied role
- Wants to be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing sector where you can make a valuable contribution to the lives of older Australians with your warm and welcoming approach
- Is highly organised and can manage multiple tasks at once
- Has a passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselves
