Right At Home Melbourne North (South Morang) is looking for a Personal Care Worker (PCW) for immediate start.

In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting clients with mobility and transferring
2. Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
3. Providing companionship and emotional support
4. Prompting and assisting with medication reminders
5. Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
6. Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeing
7. Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Minimum requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year Community nursing experience
2. Current First Aid and CPR certification
3. Cert III in Aged Care
4. Police Check
5. Current Driver's Licence
6. Working with Children Check
7. NDIS Screening Check (preferred)
