Darrell Lea is excited to be expanding our Field team, and we are now looking for a passionate and talented individual to support our successful partnership with Supermarket and other retailers.

The Successful applicant will report to the National Field Manager and work within an allocated territory calling on major retail outlets. This requires merchandising to a high standard, following & executing tasks accurately as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within their stores.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client’s expectations.
- Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance
- Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale and stock management
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
- Communicating up & coming promotional activities
- Accurate reporting, when required
- Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements:

- Minimum one (1) year FMCG/Merchandising Experience highly regarded
- Have full Australian working rights
- Current State Drivers License & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
- Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 20kgs)

This role will be covering areas including but not limited to – Sydney CBD, Hills District, Liverpool Area and the Central Coast.

This is a challenging and fast-paced role which requires a confident person with professionalism and maturity; and someone who has drive, strong negotiation skills and can effectively interact with all types of personalities. Flexible working hours are also necessary.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical.
