Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Uphold the company’s mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
- Perform, monitor, report, and analyze as set in KPIs;
- Prospect, appraise, list, and manage property;
- Plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
- Maintain a well-systemized property management division to ensure clients benefit from continued high standards of property management services;
- Build strong working relations with landlords and tenants and effectively manage all issues related to the management of the property portfolio;
- Manage customer database;
- Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings.

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager must have:

- A can-do and open-to-learning attitude;
- A great sense of humor;
- Strong performance in a team environment with proven organizational skills;
- A tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in property management;
- Sound knowledge of the industry’s acts, legislation, and compliance.

Position Requirements

- Agent Representative Certificate;
- Current Police Check Record;
- Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
