We have both Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available.

Upcoming Induction

Your first week will be a5-day face-to-face inductionto welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:

- Monday 10th November - Friday 14th November, 9am-5pm.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What You’ll Bring

- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or related field)
- If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for an exemption
- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
