📅 Upcoming Induction

Your first week will be a 5-day face‑to‑face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:

- 3rd of November - 7th of November

- 1st of December - 5th of December

🫶 What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities

- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect

- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments

- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs

- Collaborating on individualised care plans

💼 What You’ll Bring

- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification

- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate

- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check

- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions‑focused mindset

- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
