Job Description

We're looking for a bartender to join our energetic team at our rooftop bar In this role, you'll work in a busy, fast-paced venue, curating amazing cocktails and providing a standout experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
- Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs.
- Support special events and activations hosted at Mid Air, contributing ideas and energy.
- Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings, and signature cocktails.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
- Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
