Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in fuel management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background and demonstrate strategic thinking while being hands-on in execution. This role will involve direct collaboration with C-level executives, reporting to the Head of Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transformation Leadership:

- Lead and drive transformation programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions within the fuel management domain.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and oversee key portfolio planning and delivery processes, including:
- Operating Plans: Facilitate biannual operating plan sessions to set clear objectives and strategies.
- Quarterly Planning: Conduct quarterly planning sessions to assess progress, recalibrate goals, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Squad Product Coaching: Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work directly with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present executive briefing packs that summarize progress, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.

4. Financial Support:

- Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for transformation initiatives.
- Ensure that all transformation efforts are financially viable and contribute to the organization’s overall profitability.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Must have 15+ years of experience in retail convenient stores, preferably with in Fuel sector.
- Consulting Background: Proven experience in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.
- Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading transformation programs and achieving organizational goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
