Opportunities

- Two-year, fixed-term opportunity in leading Airservices' major change programs across the Sydney Basin.

- As a Trainee Air Traffic Controller, you’ll dive into the world of aviation, using state-of-the-art tech to ensure the safe movement of aircraft throughout Australian airspace. Responsibilities

- Establish, embed, and continuously refine enterprise-level control disciplines.

- Support the Office of the CEO as a Coordinator, assisting the Senior Executive Officer and the Board Secretariat team.

- Coordinate key business activities, prepare high-quality briefing documents, and contribute to policy development and regulatory reform aligned with Airservices corporate goals.

- Work on nationally significant projects like the Aerodrome Technology Replacement Program (ATRP).

- Assist in the training and transition of Air Traffic Control and Technical teams within major change initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in aviation technology, administration, or related fields is preferred.

- Diploma or higher in electronics, communications engineering, or related discipline may be relevant for specific roles (e.g., Technical Officer in CNS teams).

- Ability to work on complex projects, communicate effectively, and support regulatory and policy objectives.
