Overview

Data Analyst role at St Joseph's College Hunters Hill. The Data Analyst will work within the Advancement Office, collaborating with the Head of Philanthropy to identify, analyse and present data in meaningful ways to support enrolment, engagement and fundraising initiatives.

Base pay range

A$85,118.22/yr - A$198,132.00/yr

Employment details

Part-time (0.6FTE), Fixed term employment, commencing as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Data Analyst will serve as the bridge between raw data and actionable strategies that align with the College's mission and the SJC Foundation Ltd. They will also support other Advancement teams – Admissions, Marketing & Communications and Community & Events – with audience segmentation, dataset preparation and demographic analysis.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyse and present data to inform enrolment, engagement and fundraising strategies. Promote alignment of the College's mission with Foundation objectives. Provide enabling support for other Advancement departments through data-driven insights and reporting.

Qualifications

The role requires expertise and experience in data analytics, with technical mastery in database management and analysis, and familiarity with reporting software (e.g. Power BI). Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.
