The role:

Cater Care is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Chef for our kitchen operations at our aged care site in Booragul, NSW.

Roster: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 9.00am till 5.30pm

Job Description

What this role involves:

- Cooking a variety of nutritious home style & gourmet meals
- Enforcing strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support bulk cooking operations

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
- Experience in bulk cooking
- High food standards and adherence to our fresh food policy
