TOGETHER NOW Christmas Table 2025- Inventory Assistant

Join our team this festive season and play a key role in making the Together Now Christmas Table a memorable event. You’ll be hands-on in unloading, sorting, and carefully logging thousands of donated gifts and items. Your attention to detail and organisation will ensure each present is perfectly prepared to brighten the holidays for those we support.
Duties
- Unload and organise cartons filled with donated items
- Count and accurately log each item into our inventory register
- Sort items by category and perform quality checks to ensure everything meets our standards
- Re-box and stack items securely, ready for safe storage and distribution

Training
Induction provided on first day (safety briefing, process overview).
Time required
Dates: Thursday, 13 November – Saturday, 15 November 2025
Shifts: Morning (9:30 am – 1:00 pm) | Afternoon (1:30 pm – 5:00 pm)
Commitment: One or multiple shifts – whatever works for you
Reimbursement
Beverages, snacks and lunch provided
Requirements
- National Police Certificate
- Others
Comfortable with light manual handling, including lifting and moving boxes
Keen attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy
Reliable, teamwork, and organisational skills
Valid National Police Clearance - Cost of clearance is not covered by organisation
Agreement to TNWA’s Volunteer Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement
