The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a Hardware Technician with experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices and electronics. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing component-level repairs, and ensuring optimal device functionality.

Salary: $74,000 - $76,000 + Superannuation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and troubleshoot hardware faults in smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices.
2. Repair and replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other essential hardware components.
3. Perform micro-soldering and intricate repairs for electronic components and circuit boards.
4. Assist with minor software troubleshooting, firmware updates, and factory resets when required.
5. Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality before delivery to customers.
6. Maintain an organized workstation, manage tools, and track spare parts.
7. Clearly communicate repair options and technical solutions to customers, ensuring excellent service.
8. Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols while handling electronic components and tools.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Hardware Technician or in a related electronics repair role.
2. Strong understanding of mobile device hardware, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
3. Proficiency in screen replacements, battery changes, and board-level repairs.
4. Experience with iOS and Android devices, along with basic software troubleshooting.
5. Familiarity with repair tools, microscopes, and precision instruments.
6. Excellent technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
