As we continue our mission to shake things up and make payments the easiest part of doing business, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills with hands-on experience, further your career, and help unleash the potential of our customers, one payment at a time.* Work in close partnership with engineering and design to define requirements, break down user stories, and manage backlog prioritisation.* Ensure efficient, high-quality execution across all stages of the product lifecycle-from concept to launch and iteration.* Participate in key ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), ensuring clarity on priorities and unblocking teams when needed.* Ability to define and execute against a 6-12 month product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term impact.* Demonstrated ability to ship impactful features, working closely with engineering and design.* Experience in c ustomer discovery/research - identifying key pain points and translating them into product solutions.* Ability to analyse competitive products and industry trends, ensuring strong product positioning.* Strong data-driven mindset, with proficiency in metrics analysis (e.g., funnel analysis, cohort tracking).* Comfortable working with engineering teams, with a solid understanding of agile development processes.* Ability to write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.* Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and iterative product development.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across teams.* Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success).* Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs and balance multiple competing priorities.If you’ve got this far, then you might just be a great fit for us.
