We’re on the hunt for a fun-loving, high-energy Store Manager to lead the team at Shoes & Sox Belconnen

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

No two days are the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be getting up to:

- Lead the way – inspire, mentor and motivate your awesome team to hit targets and celebrate the wins

- Keep things running smooth – from sales and stock to store presentation and everything in between

- Style it up – make the store shine with eye-catching visual merchandising

- Stay sharp – help reduce shrinkage with smart stock handling

- Look after your crew – create a safe, supportive workplace where everyone can thrive

ABOUT YOU

- You’re confident, organised, and ready to step into a leadership role that truly makes a difference.

- Previous experience in retail leadership (Store Manager or Assistant Manager)

- A natural coach who loves helping others grow

- Warm, approachable and great with kids – patience is key

- Proven success in hitting KPIs, managing stock, and keeping the store looking sharp

- Excellent time management and communication skills

- Passionate about continuous learning, improvement and bringing energy to every shift
