What role will you play?
As a member of the Deposits and Payments product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. You will dive deep into understanding how our products function and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams - including digital, delivery, data, and engineering - you will implement product feature changes that meet regulatory and risk compliance standards. You will leverage data and market insights to inform pricing strategies, assess margin impacts, and support the implementation of interest rate changes. In addition, you will lead change initiatives, partnering closely with our broader Business Banking management ecosystem to deliver impactful outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high‑impact projects while fostering innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you offer
- 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with business banking experience highly regarded and a passion for delivering impactful, customer‑centric products
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable decisions
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail
- A proactive, self‑motivated mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, outcome‑driven environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools is highly desirable.
