Business Analyst - ADMS Implementation
12-Month Contract

$900-$950/day inc.
3 Days Onsite
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) project for a leading utility provider.
This role will focus on gathering and managing requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful integration with key systems including SCADA, GIS, OMS, and DERMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and document functional/non-functional requirements
- Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure solution alignment
- Map and optimise operational processes (e.g. FLISR, VVO)
- Coordinate testing activities across FAT, SAT, SIT, and UAT
- Support stakeholder engagement, training, and change management
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT/OT or ADMS projects
- Strong knowledge of electricity distribution operations and systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Desirable: Experience with ADMS platforms (GE Vernova, Siemens, etc.), BA certifications, and cybersecurity awareness.
