We're looking for a detail-oriented and passionate administrator to join our Home and Living team on a fixed-term contract untilMarch 2026. In this role, you will support the operational activities of the team, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate customer intake and onboarding.

About the Role

As aHome and Living Administrator, you will:

- Triage new customer referrals and identify NDIS/SDA eligibility

- Draft documents and correspondence using MS Office and internal systems.

- Maintain data tracking tools and ensure accuracy

- Update customer records in CMS while maintaining confidentiality.

- Prepare timely reports and coordinate meetings with stakeholders

- Support expenditure approvals and assist with business unit activities

- Represent Ability WA positively with internal and external stakeholders

- Provide efficient admin support to the team and the broader Community Services unit

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role (disability sector experience is a plus)

- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships

- Flexibility and resilience under pressure

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid organisational skills

Essential

- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)

- Current Driver's Licence

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
