What you’ll be doing:

If you live local, you might know our Newman centre? Ifyou’re not local, maybe you’re looking for that changeof scenery? At the start of your day, you’ll walk pass ouraward-winning nature escape (and smile), catch up with yourfabulous colleagues and your special little ones. You’ll beencouraging them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling alove for learning. Your Room Leader will work with you to developindividualised programs while maintaining developmental records andkeeping parents informed. Then at the end of your shift,you’ll walk out the door (smiling again) knowing the childrenare continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be great in this role ifyou…

- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care

- Have a degree,diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood orequivalent

- Have an understanding of the National Education and CareServices Regulations 2012, the EYLF and the NQF

- Can reflect on your previous experience implementingprograms in an Early Learning Centre (or similar)

- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, NationalPolice Clearance and Working with Children check
