Working closely with the Marketing team and key stakeholders, you'll translate briefs into compelling designs while applying strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver across print and digital touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure all visual outputs align with the company's family of brands' guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive visual identity
- Design and produce compelling visual content for a range of mediums, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and tender documentation
- Create and manage design files, graphics, and imagery to support proposals, tenders and case studies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Product Packaging design process, including creating comprehensive guidelines for supplier partners, as well as key technical and practical mandatories
- Infield Sales Collateral Development from concept design to execution
- Support the maintenance and development of the website and related digital assets

Skills & Experience

- A creative designer with a bold eye for aesthetics and 5+ years of in-house experience crafting visuals across platforms
- Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design and/or significant relevant experience
- Very high level proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related applications
- A natural collaborator who communicates effectively with technical and non-technical teams — from engineers to senior stakeholders
