- Business Support Officer - Government Contract
- Initial 6-month contract + likely ongoing extension

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Support Officer to support service delivery through high-quality administrative and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence and phone enquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers, industry contacts, and teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and compile reports using systems such as Ellipse and Microsoft Office.
- Support senior staff by handling enquiries in their absence.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of procedures and registers.
- Provide general administrative duties to support business operations.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in administrative support role.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A team player with initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
