Reporting to the Toowoomba Depot Manager, you will operate independently from the Roma Depot, taking pride in managing day-to-day store Person tasks and ensuring the safe delivery of lubricants to customers throughout the Roma and Maranoa Region. What You Will Be Doing As the sole representative of Lowes Petroleum at the Roma Depot, you will take full ownership of daily operations, from warehouse organisation to lubricant deliveries throughout the Roma and Maranoa Region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives on variety. Your day will include: - Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for scheduled deliveries - Conducting daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks to ensure readiness and safety - Delivering packaged lubricants across the Roma and Maranoa Region with professionalism and care - Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers on each delivery run - Upholding all safety, compliance, and operational standards at the depot and on the road - Assisting with stock control, including stocktakes, replenishments, and inventory processing - Supporting other depots when required to maintain consistent service levels - Completing administrative duties such as reconciliations and delivery reports - Maintaining depot cleanliness, assisting with loading and unloading, and contributing to overall team efficiency What You Will Bring You are motivated, reliable, and take pride in doing things well. You enjoy working independently, value safety and good service, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to each day. - A Light Rigid (LR) Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence - Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or transport (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) - The ability to perform manual handling duties safely and efficiently - A solid understanding of load restraint and manual handling best practices - A proactive attitude and the flexibility to support team members across depots when needed About Us Lowes Petroleum Service was born in the heart of regional Australia, and while it is now one of the nation's most trusted fuel and lubricant suppliers, we have remained country at heart.
