About the Role:
We are seeking qualified painters to join our team. Trade qualifications will be needed, and experience is also very highly considered. Job address will change every week.

What we need from you:
· Preparing and Painting both interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques and materials.
· Selecting and blending suitable paints, stains, and coatings to achieve desired finishes.
· Setting up and utilizing painting tools and equipment, including sprayers, rollers and brushes.
· Maintaining a high level of craftmanship with keen attention to detail.
· Ability to operate spray gun machine.
· You must be able to work on the scaffolding over 2mt high.
· Be able to operate scissor lift for painting roofs.
· Ability to carry out all related to prep like sanding, removing old paint, plastering, filling holes and patching repairs.
· Ability to use the gloss paint by using rolls and brushes, or spray gun.
· Ability to prepare and apply paint and varnishes over all surfaces and hanging wallpaper.
· Ability to work efficiently maintaining a clean work environment.
· Ability to operate independently and honestly both with and without supervision.
· Ability to work in a small team and within a family business.
· Supply your own painting hand tools.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
· You must present well and work within our quality standards.

Experience/Licence/Certification:
· Visa/eligibility to work in Australia (Required)
· Valid Driver's licence (Required) and reliable transportation.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in all major painting applications.
· Certificate III in Painting or higher.
· White Card (Required)
· Yellow Card (Required)
Salary : $75,000 – $80,000 /year +Super
