About The Role:

- Assess patients' physical abilities, medical history, and limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Advise on mobility aids and assistive devices
- Promote health, wellness, and mobility through education and support

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Qualified Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Current AHPRA registration
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Australian National Police check
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience in community care assessment and planning
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Smart mobile phone (iPhone/Android)

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
