Are you a Salesforce expert ready to lead transformative architecture across an industry vertical?

CalibrX is partnering with one of ANZ’s fastest-growing digital consultancies to find a Salesforce Program Architect who will lead the design and delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-impact Salesforce Industry Solutions, with a focus on government and enterprise clients.

This is a leadership role where you’ll own end-to-end architecture, run technical discovery, guide delivery, and work hand-in-hand with C-level stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to person across programs of work, helping shape the digital transformation journeys of clients through your deep platform expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Own the architecture for large-scale Salesforce programs across government and enterprise customers

- Design compliant, scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Industry Cloud, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, LWC, and Apex

- Lead technical workshops, assess current-state, and define future-state architecture aligned to business goals

- Develop architecture documentation, recommendations, and decision records

- Collaborate with delivery leads, PMO, vendors, and steering committees to ensure successful execution

- Mentor consultants and developers on Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices

Experience:

- 10+ years in technology delivery with 6+ years deep Salesforce experience

- Strong capability across Salesforce Industry Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, and integration patterns

- Skilled in discovery workshops, technical design, and translating business needs into scalable solutions

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, integration, and governance models

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certs preferred
