About the role:

- You will regularly assist with merit appeals, class 4 proceedings in the Land and Environment Court, compulsory acquisition and planning agreements.

- You will advise and represent property developers, certifying authorities and public sector organisations.

- You will experience working in a diverse range of litigious and advisory work.

The ideal candidate:

- Associate/Senior Associate (2-7 PQE).

- Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.

- Previous Planning and Environment experience from a well-known private practice team, government authority or in-house role.

- Strong communication skills, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
