A key aspect of your responsibility involves assisting with handling guests' baggage, making their arrival and departure experience seamless and convenient. Beyond the initial greetings, you will proactively anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, going the extra mile to provide personalised and attentive service. Your dedication to delivering exceptional care will be evident in every interaction, aiming to exceed guests' expectations and make their stay truly exceptional. Another essential part of your role will involve offering expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, events, and activities. These recommendations will be thoughtfully tailored to suit the individual preferences of each guest, enhancing their overall experience during their stay. As a Guest Service Attendant, you will embody our "live extraordinary" guest experience culture and exceed the heightened expectations of luxury and indulgence that we have promised our guests. You will ensure that our five brand pillars at Eos are reflected in every aspect of our service: distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic.
What will you look like?
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences within the luxury hotel industry. Holding a Full Driver's License, you will have the confidence and expertise to handle various types of vehicles, including manual transmissions. Your phone etiquette will be warm and inviting, and your written and verbal communication skills will be of the highest calibre.
With a service-oriented mindset, you will excel in paying meticulous attention to detail. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you will effectively and efficiently prioritise workloads to ensure smooth operations. Your extensive knowledge of South Australia's hospitality and tourism sectors will enable you to provide valuable insights to our guests. Additionally, you will be a supportive and motivating team member, contributing to the success of the wider Eos by SkyCity team.
About the process
As our Guest Service Attendants drive a range of vehicles daily, our recruitment process will involve an Interview, Driving Assessment and Functional Assessment, and all applicants must possess a full drivers licence (not a P1 or P2 licence).
