What kind of work may be involved?

- Supervision of planned works, workshop labour and materials for scheduled, unscheduled and emerging work.
- Assist with rosters, and job activities to minimise delays and contract costs.
- Full understanding of each task/job/project and their requirements.
- Ensure accurate and detailed information is provided for scoping and estimating job/project costs and timeframes.
- Reviewing completed works.
- Ensuring all documentations are completed, stored, and in place to reflect the progress, variations, additional costs, program delays.
- Completing all necessary time sheets to reflect the employees, durations, break-up between the various jobs.
- Attending meetings to resolve or report issues and progress related to the work.

Who are you?

- Qualification in Engineering or trade discipline with a minimum experience of 5 years in the steel or similar industry.
- Sound supervisory and leadership skills.
- Sound understanding of the Recognised Service Facility inspection & repair process.

- Physically fit to meet the requirements of the role.

- Strong awareness and adherence to Safety & Wellbeing practises to ensure you and your teammates are safe at all times about Health & Safety.
