The Opportunity

As Senior Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of the sushi and sashimi offerings for the venue. This is a full-time opportunity for a highly skilled and creative sushi chef who thrives in high-end dining environments.

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Extensive experience as a Sushi Chef, ideally in fine dining or Hatted environments
- Proven ability to design, execute, and innovate sushi menus
- Formal qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent professional experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering development within the team
- Impeccable knife skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Dependable and resilient, with the ability to perform at the highest standard in a fast-paced kitchen
