* Import & manipulate vendor drawings/models* Produce detailed mechanical drawings/models including P&ID’s* Export equipment/piping quantities* Collaborate with Mechanical/Process engineers to deliver plans for construction* Support project teams with documentation, revisions and coordination of drawings/models* Establish & maintain design templates and drawing standardsThe roles can be offered on a permanent full or part time basis as we encourage our people to find an arrangement that works for them. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes, you’ll have experience working in a consulting environment, delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office team.**Your ideal skills and expertise:*** Proficient in relevant CAD software, Autodesk Civil 3D (Civil role) & Autodesk Plant 3D (Mechanical role), a strong understanding of Autocad is essential for both roles* Experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications* Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes* Relevant TAFE qualifications, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design* Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify project and design-related risks* Commitment to working safely and within the company’s HSEQ systems* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for engaging with a broad range of audiences* Willingness to travel occasionally as requiredYou love to learn and in turn share knowledge. You are a Designer/Drafter, passionate about your work and have a keen interest in the water sector combined with a passion for design and problem-solving with an enquiring mind, ability to problem solve, and think laterally.
