The Opportunity

Is your career constrained by narrow scopes of work, office politics or a glass ceiling, this could be for you. Forecast to double in size in the next 2-3 years, here you can step out of the shadows and take a “career elevator”.

Involved with all facets of consulting in an energetic and “can-do” environment, you’ll be exposed to building and architectural clients, and take ownership of jobs and your career.

This will be ideally suited to:

1. A Structural Engineer (4-8 years) feeling career constrained, or
2. An Senior Structural Engineer (8-15 years) ready to step up to the next level

Preferred experience:

- Minimum 4 to 15 years consulting experience
- Experience with medium to larger scale projects
- Experience managing medium to large sized projects
- Technically strong designing in all construction forms & materials
- Capability in RAM Concept, RAPT, Microstran, ETABS (or equivalents)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate resources to execute work on time, budget & quality
- Manage clients and jobs front start to end
- Undertake designs and coordinate drafting and project documentation
- Manage clients including some business development functions

About You:

- A strong desire to get ahead in your career & make a difference
- Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
- High level technical ability in structural design
- Ability to design and run projects
- Ability to manage client relationships and develop new ones
