About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village, Ocean Grove, as a Personal Care Worker. Part-time role with morning and afternoon shifts available. This care role is in memory support unit. We strive to be the exemplars of quality in the aged-care industry and champions of the continuum of care model; delivering care that is tailored to our residents' health needs, preferences and rights, and we're looking for the right kind of people to join us on this incredible journey.

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families

- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad

- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman

- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support

- Kindness in your DNA

- Strong empathy

- A reliable, friendly and professional style
