The Sydney are looking to expand their legal assistant team in both the Sydney and ACT offices for their Competition, Regulatory & Risk departments. Role Overview
- Provide administrative and legal support to a busy litigation team
- Ensure smooth operation of legal processes and team coordination
Key Responsibilities
- File opening and closure procedures
- Court document filing and lodgement
- Billing and invoice preparation
- Archiving and file management
- Diary and calendar coordination
- Expense preparation and reconciliation
- Client communication and phone handling
- General administrative support
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 year's experience in a legal assistant role within a litigation practice
- Must have strong experience and proven experience in the opening and closing of files
- Must have strong and proven experience in billing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Team-oriented with a client service mindset
- Please note: law students will not be considered for this position
