Home & Investment Lending Associate

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, full time, located at ANZ Canberra District Branch locations.

As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.

You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers.

You will identify appropriate products and solutions to meet your customer's needs and ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

You will also be involved in other branch activities to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experience.

You should also be financially savvy, able to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, proactive, shows initiative, possess strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems.

A high level of attention to detail is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with customers.

This role requires an active user and promoter of technology, and you should enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
