The Newcastle (NSW) role is a Stream 2 (rotational) opportunity based in Williamtown, offering hands-on experience in an on-site software development environment and involvement in Hawk aircraft upgrades.

The positions in Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW) & Adelaide (SA) are offered as Stream 1 (non-rotational) or Stream 2 (rotational), depending on project requirements.

What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineering Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:

- Develop & Code: Write, test, and maintain high-quality software for mission-critical systems.
- Software Design & Architecture: Contribute to designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve software issues to improve system performance.
- Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work alongside engineers, analysts, and testers to develop and integrate software solutions.
- Enhance & Innovate: Support the development of analytical tools and performance optimisation techniques.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Follow industry best practices and company quality standards in software development.
