We require an Assistant Club Manager to work Friday and Saturday mornings, doing new membership signups and looking after members’ needs in the club. Extra shifts will be available to cover the Club Manager’s leave.

About the Role

The Assistant Club Manager of Snap Fitness Glen Iris is accountable for supporting the Club Manager in the Club's day-to-day operations. The position provides critical assistance to the Club Manager to drive sales and profitability and ensure a continued high standard of service is offered to members.

Your day will consist of:

- Support the management and drive sales for the club
- Contribute to maximising selling opportunities through marketing initiatives and networking with local organisations and businesses, including liaising with local schools and sporting teams to maximise the exposure with key local stakeholders
- Contribute to monitoring service levels through member and staff feedback, to ensure customer needs are met and/or exceeded
- Support the development, operational control and performance of the Snap Fitness Club
- Contribute to recruiting, training, developing and managing PT contractors to create a high-performing team, and in line with Policies & Procedures
- Undertake other duties as required by the Club Manager

Qualifications & Experience

- Sales and Customer Service Experience is highly desirable
- Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
- Must have an appropriate police/working with children check.
- Cert III & IV in Fitness
