CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to join a respected civil contractor delivering subdivision and drainage projects across North Brisbane.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands‑on leader with a proven background in deep sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure installation to take ownership of site operations and lead a high‑performing crew. You’ll be part of a company with a strong project pipeline and a commitment to safety, quality, and delivery excellence.
While the contractor has projects across multiple locations, one of their current key projects is based in Burpengary. For applicants travelling from Brisbane or outside the region, flexible start dates are also available for those relocating.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead pipe crews on residential subdivision projects.
- Oversee the installation of deep sewer, stormwater, and water mains.
- Read and interpret engineering plans and ensure compliance with SEQ standards.
- Manage daily site operations to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
- Assess and respond to varying ground conditions with effective solutions.
- Uphold and enforce site safety procedures and compliance at all times.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pipe Crew Foreman or Civil Drainage Supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of civil pipe laying and drainage construction methods.
- Proven experience with deep sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of SEQ standards and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Effective problem‑solving skills and adaptability on dynamic job sites.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to OH&S and a proactive approach to safety.
- Relevant plant/machinery tickets and licences (highly regarded).
